Proposed Extensions Feature

Hi all,

First of all, thanks for the great work already done in editorconfig, it is such a nice and simple tool!!!

Lately I was thinking if it would be a good idea to extend it to support defining the extensions that a project uses.

So let's say I'm working on an angular project and I know some extensions for vscode that would be useful for other devs, It would be great if I could put that in the editorconfig

Something like this:

[extensions]

vscode = exta, extb, extc, etc

sublime = exti, extj, etc

Please let me know your thoughts and thanks again for the great work!
