Here is your revised confirmation after adding the 10th golfer. Have a great

We are looking forward to your arrival next week. Your packet with golf &
breakfast vouchers will be waiting for you at the *main clubhouse (*where
Norman, Love & Fazio courses are located) behind the pro shop counter.
Please stop by and get your packet before heading over to the adjacent
dining room for breakfast Saturday morning because you will need to present
the server with a voucher. Breakfast is not served at the Dye Club so do not
go directly there on Saturday. The Dye Club is about a mile away from the
main clubhouse & they do have their own driving range.

Also be sure to have a copy of this final confirmation with you upon arrival
so you will know where to pick-up your *room keys (*they will not be at the
golf course). Beach Vacations office closes at 6 pm so it is extremely
important to have the late check-in instructions with you if applicable.

Breakfast starts the morning after your arrival and is served in the Resort
Clubhouse. Breakfast is included for 4 golfers Saturday thru Monday & Sunday
& Monday for the other 6 golfers.

For guests who arrive after closing please follow the late arrival
instructions.
Check in at Beach Vacations requires an imprint of a major credit card or a
cash deposit and a valid photo ID. Please notify their office of any damages

that you may find at check in.
These will be noted, and you will not be held accountable.

LATE ARRIVALS must check in with the office the following day to register.

LATE ARRIVAL INFORMATION:

As you enter the Beach Vacations parking lot you will see a lock box on the
front porch.
This contains keys, a map to your unit, parking permit(s), and a copy of the

resort rules and regulations. On the left side of the key box you will find
five (5) buttons.
In order to access entry the code is 231. Please press the 2nd, 3rd and then

the 1st buttons from the top, turn the handle to the right and remove the
arrival envelope with your name.

Traveling Southbound from Interstate I-95:
Take the Hwy 9 (Dillon Exit) to the beaches.
Hwy 9 merges to Hwy 17 South in North Myrtle Beach. Continue south thru the
intersection of 43rd Ave South. The entrance to Beach Vacations at
4403 Hwy 17 South will be on your left.

Traveling Northbound from Interstate I-95:
Take Exit#170 (North of Florence) to Myrtle Beach.
This exit will connect you to Hwy 501. Take Hwy 22 between Aynor/Conway
directly
to North Myrtle Beach. Continue north thru the intersection of 46th Ave
South.
The entrance to Beach Vacations at 4403 Hwy 17 South will be 1-1/2 blocks on
your right.

>From the Myrtle Beach International Airport:
Turn right at first traffic signal onto Robert Grissom Parkway.
Continue north and merge onto Bypass 17 and continue to North Myrtle Beach.
Continue north thru the intersection of 46th Ave South.
The entrance to Beach Vacations at 4403 Hwy 17 South will be 1-1/2 blocks on

your right.

CANCELLATION: Full refund if cancel before 30 days of arrival. Cancellations
made within 14 days of arrival will be subject to full forfeiture. There are
no refunds for late arrivals, early departure or no shows. Cancellation of
tee-times requires a 72 hour notice per foursome.

CHANGES: ONLY the group leader can make changes to golf packages. A $50
charge
may be assessed for changes made within 14 days of arrival.

LODGING: Condos at Barefoot have linens, towels and toiletries set up for
your
arrival. Departure clean is included. Daily housekeeping is not included.

CHECK IN: Check in time is 4:00PM. After hours procedures will be shown on
your
check in letter. EARLY CHECK-IN MUST BE ARRANGED WITH THE CHECK IN OFFICE.

CHECK OUT: Check-out time of 10:00AM is strictly enforced. If you golf on
the
day you check out you must vacate the room before you play. YOU WILL BE
CHARGED
ONE FULL DAY RENTAL IF YOU DO NOT CHECK OUT ON TIME.

AS GROUP LEADER YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE TO PROVIDE THE CHECK IN DIRECTIONS TO
THE
GROUP AS NEEDED SHOULD THE GROUP NOT ARRIVE TOGETHER.

There is no public transportation between the accommodations and the golf
courses. There is no shuttle service to or from the airport to the property.
Club storage is not provided at the Clubhouse.
