Hi there,

I am listed to organise a walk on Saturday 8 June, Ben Vane in the
Trossachs. My
plan was to do Ben Vane from Glen Finglas, however I have not reccied
this
yet. I had planned to do so this weekend but something has come up and
I
will not have time.

As an alternative I’ll lead Ben Venue. I walked it on 12 May, it
was very cold and foggy at the top, so it might be nice to do it again
and
see something! Would advise gaiters or water proofs as was also
pretty
boggy towards the top.

So, if you are interested in walking Ben Venue on the 8th, could you
reply to let me know vivca...@yahoo.com stating the usual
information such as Ramblers
number, and any medical conditions. It's only an hour and a half to
the start, so I
suggest leaving at 8:30am from Fairmilehead. I can offer a lift to 3
people.
