Height gained 500m
Distance is 19km and is on OS map 74.
The walk begins in the very attractive Border village of Kirk Yetholm famous for being the Gypsie capital of Scotland. During this walk we will venture across the border into England, but don't worry we won't need a passport until next year! Come and enjoy the legendery rolling hills and beautiful scenery while benefitting from a few hours in the hills. We begin by using the Penniine Way for a short distance and then we head off into the hills to the beautiful valley along which runs the College Burn with lovely views of the Black Hag to the South.
