Former NUS Representative Held under Terrorism Laws.

James Faulkner, Former President of the NUS Scotland is being held in relation to the MSP aide who was hung, drawn and Quartered in Edinburgh in November. Rumours regarding his arrest have indicated he is being held under the Terrorism act, with ties to a new group called the Scottish Free Army, who have claimed the images burnt into Holyrood Park and a few other attacks on non-scots in Scotland.
