Separated Menu name & page title

Currently, most designs are using the "Page Title" as the name of a
page on the menu.
For SEO, it would be better to be able to separate these two items.
Example :
The name of the page on the menu could be "Our products"
The Page Title (as visible in <head>) could be "Transformers,
Densitometers, Alternators, ..."
Is that feasible now ? I could not find the way...
