Project Wiki address

The project's Wiki was shut down last year as it was being swamped by
scrapers, and it was replaced by a set of static pages extracted from
the Wiki contents.

The scraping of the dictionary database has reduced significantly
lately, so we are looking at possibly restarting the Wiki. As part of
this, we have moved the set of static pages to a new address:
