[rk] tag added

I finally got around to adding [rk] (rarely used kana form) to the
reading-info tags.

I know there are some entries with comments indicating that they
should have this tag, but the Advanced Search page isn't case
sensitive AFAICT, so it catches comments with [rK] as well.
