I should have alerted people earlier, but we are doing an operating
system and package upgrade on arakawa. It's back working but the WWW
server is down while some modules are being rebuilt.

The server hadn't been rebooted for nearly two years.

Tha main server is back now and seems OK. The PHP modules are still
being rebuilt, so the wiki is still out.

I'm not sure if this is related but today's XML file has two JMdict (seq: 9999999) entries.
One has date 2023-12-17 and comes before the names entries, and one has date 2023-12-18 and comes after the names entries.

Thanks very much for pointing this out, Brian. At first I thought it
was a wobble in some cron jobs during reboot, but it's a bit more than
that.
