Welcome to Chicago's early Summer.

We are quickly transitioning to 100% local-- produce shares began last week and fruit could be over 60% local this weekend if certain varieties of Cherry come in early.  Our next pick-up is Saturday, June 2.  The deadline to order is Wednesday March 30th, overnight.  Order your shares at ediblealchemyfoods.com/order, mobile users can visit eae.ecwid.com.  Volunteers are loved at Eco on Saturday from 10am-5pm.

If you haven't already done so, please fill out our member survey here:  http://tinyurl.com/eamembersurvey. We especially want to know-- how often do you expect to order-- Weekly? Bi-Weekly? Every Third? Three weeks On/One week off? Or some other wacky combination! Your feedback helps us to run more smoothly. The more people order for any given share, the bigger the shares are.

So Enjoy!
