Thank you for advocating to Save Sunday Streets! Hundreds of people from every district have inundated the City with emails and letters, proving that Sunday Streets is truly beloved and needed by all San Franciscans.
Unfortunately, as of March 2nd, the SF Health Commission is still moving forward with $215,000 in budget cuts for Sunday Streets starting June 2026.
❇️ As the proposed cuts move through the city's budget process, there's still time to convince the Mayor not to defund Sunday Streets - scroll on for our social media campaign!
❇️ Good news! An anonymous Livable City donor has stepped up to offer a 1:1 match of donations to Sunday Streets up to a total of $50,000! If we meet this match by March 31, we will be able to secure coverage for many of the upfront costs of launching a 2026 Season.
