Excelsior Community Health Fair Saturday, November 9th, 2024, from 10 AM to 2 PM 35 San Juan Ave, Lower Level

This event is jointly hosted by Chinese Hospital, Community Youth Center of San Francisco (CYC), and Ocean Avenue Presbyterian Church (OAPC).

The fair will take place on Saturday, November 9th, 2024, from 10 AM to 2 PM at the CYC Excelsior Hub/OAPC, located at 35 San Juan Ave, Lower Level, San Francisco, CA 94112.

The fair will offer free health screenings, multilingual health education, and valuable resources to promote the well-being of our community.
