A message from Ingleside Police Captain.

There is was a male who grabbed an eleven year old girl today and hurt her shoulder at Mission and Whittier. He was described as a "homeless type". He is a white male, 5'9" tall, 200 lbs., brown hair, wearing a dirty grey zip up sweatshirt, dirty white t-shirt, and grey pants. His hands were dirty and reddish (weathered). It happened earlier today, we have units out there looking for this suspect.
