From MIPS to TOPS

Dear all,

nowadays edge devices are often featured in terms of Tera operation per second since they are often used for AI-related tasks. For example, Coral Board has a benchmark of 4TOPS.

My question is: how to model a TOPS value in MIPS so to simulate these kinds of devices in EdgeCloudSim?
