Hi,
The user directory for EDGE_input could be the permission issue on the host environment. Please try opening up the directory permission if you run into trouble. (ex: set the directory into 0777 mode)

For the upload in the docker based on ubuntu 18.04, we found it require specify the relative path for the cgi scripts. We have updated the associated scripts with the correct path. Please see the following Patch and see if it can fix your issue.

No. It is on the github only. Will do the docker update later.
If you cannot wait the docker image update, you can download the cgi codes from the github and use “docker cp” command to copy the downloaded script and replace the cgi scripts in the docker container.
