Phred error

I am using QIIME in EDGE.  I keep getting a phred  offset 33 failed error. When I read through the report it states that there was an error generating the heat map.

Any suggestions on how I deal with this?

If you can check or provide some log files in the QiimeAnalysis directory, and those should have more detained information for figuring out what is the reason of error.
