All outbound XDR tests stay in Pending status

I have tried to send several messages, from multiple sources, for outbound XDR testing. All of my messages are received, and I also get MDN messages back when expected, but all of the tests remain in a Pending status. The following testing scenarios are impacted:
  • XDR 1
  • XDR 2
  • XDR 6
  • XDR MT 20a
  • XDR MT 20b
  • XDR MT 49
I was able to successfully test XDR 7. I am sending messages using the cert....@direct.meditech.com address. Can this be reviewed?

Thank you for the update.

If all messages are being received and MDNs are returned, but the tests remain in a Pending status, it may indicate that the test harness is unable to match the messages to the corresponding test cases. This could be due to missing or incorrect test case identifiers, or issues with message correlation on the backend.

We recommend verifying that:

  • Each message includes the correct Test Case ID and Message-ID as required.

  • The MDNs are correctly formatted and reference the original Message-ID.

  • There are no delays or errors in the test environment’s processing queue.

If everything appears correct on your end, please let us know and we will investigate further from our side.

Hello,

Unless I am missing something, the Send using Edge Protocol - XDR test cases do not rely on a Test Case ID or Message-ID. We provide the FROM address, and the tool accepts the message, parses the address, and matches the message to the address supplied when running the test. I was able to get these same tests working using the same from address and environment a few weeks ago. I think this needs additional review. I also saw in another message a request to restart the services. Maybe restarting on your end will also resolve this issue.

Hi,
I'm having similar issue. All the XDR outbound tests are stuck in pending status except the XDR Test7.
Verified all the configs and test set up on our end is correct and messages are being processed on our end.
Also these tests where passing 2 weeks ago with same test set up.
Impacted Tests are:
    • XDR 1
    • XDR 2
    • XDR 6
    • XDR MT 20a
    • XDR MT 20b
    • XDR MT 49
      Can someone please help in resolving this?
