If all messages are being received and MDNs are returned, but the tests remain in a Pending status, it may indicate that the test harness is unable to match the messages to the corresponding test cases. This could be due to missing or incorrect test case identifiers, or issues with message correlation on the backend.
We recommend verifying that:
Each message includes the correct Test Case ID and Message-ID as required.
The MDNs are correctly formatted and reference the original Message-ID.
There are no delays or errors in the test environment’s processing queue.
If everything appears correct on your end, please let us know and we will investigate further from our side.
