Hi Team,
We are currently working on the HTI-1 170.315 (B2) certification, and while testing, I encountered an issue with our product’s internal CCDA validator when importing the base files from the HealthIT site:
170.315_b2_ciri__r11_svap_uscdiv3_sample1_v1
170.315_b2_ciri__r21_svap_uscdiv3_sample1_ccd_v1
170.315_b2_ciri__r21_svap_uscdiv3_sample1_rn_v1
Error observed:
Consol Health Status Observation SHALL contain exactly one [1..1] value with @xsi:type='CD', which SHALL be selected from ValueSet HealthStatus 2.16.840.1.113883.1.11.20.12 DYNAMIC (CONF:9075, R2.0=CONF:1098-9075)From my understanding, the error suggests that:
The code must be derived from the Health Status Value Set (OID: 2.16.840.1.113883.1.11.20.12).
Valid examples include codes such as “Alive and well,” “Chronically ill,” etc.
Although SNOMED-CT codes are present, the validator seems to specifically expect codes from the Health Status Value Set.
Notably, despite this error, the file imports successfully, and all data is stored in the database.
My questions:
Has anyone else experienced this error when importing the base files from the HealthIT site for B2 certification?
Since this error arises from the base XML files themselves, is it acceptable to ignore it, or could it impact the B2 certification outcome?
Thanks in advance for your guidance.
Best regards,
Roop
