Dear ETT Support Team,
We are preparing for the ONC SMTP MT Test 39 (Delivery Notification) and require our HISP certificates to be uploaded to the testing environment.
Please find the two attached files for our domain: devdirect.intelimd.com.
1. Trust Anchor (HISP Profile)File Name: devdirect.hisp_trust_bundle.pem
Description: This is a PEM-formatted bundle containing our Intermediate CA followed by our Root CA. Action Required: Please upload this file as the Trust Anchor in our HISP Profile. This is necessary for the ETT to verify the S/MIME signatures on the MDNs we will be sending back during the test.
2. Recipient Public Certificate (Test Case)File Name: devdirect.intelimd.public.crt
Description: This is the public Leaf Certificate for our domain. Action Required: Please upload this as the Recipient Certificate (Public Key) specifically for SMTP MT Test 39. The ETT will need this to encrypt the test message sent to our system.
Please let us know once these have been uploaded so we can proceed with the test execution.
Best regards,
Nirdesh Singh

Hello,
I attempted the test again today; however, the message still does not appear to be reaching our host. On our side, no logs are being generated, even though the ETT portal shows the status "Email sent Successfully."
For your reference, I have attached a screenshot with additional details. At this point, I am unable to determine where the issue might be occurring.
Could you please check on your end using the Direct address inteli...@devdirect.intelimd.com? If you are able to locate any related logs or delivery details, kindly share them with us so we can investigate further.
I am currently blocked on finalizing the H1 testing, so your assistance in identifying the issue would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you for your support.
Best regards,
Nirdesh Singh
