Unknown values for Race and Ethnicity

Hey everyone,

Good to see the validator is up.

I’ve started running my validations and ran into an issue: the second file b1 requires race and ethnicity to be sent as unknown, but the specified value set doesn’t seem to include an option for that.

Has anyone found a workaround?
