Encounter Diagnosis Code Issue

Hi,  

My team is validating USCDIv3 C-CDAs and are encountering the below validator error. 

Scenario: 170.315_b1_toc_amb_svap_uscdiv3_sample1_v1.pdf

Patient Profile: Alice Newman

Error: "The scenario contains Encounter Diagnosis data with code(s) Code : 386661006 , however there is no matching data in the submitted CCDA."

Per the C-CDA IG, Encounter Diagnosis (V3) requires a Problem Observation (V4) with a value where the code SHOULD be selected from the SNOMED-CT ValueSet Problem OR  from ICD10 codes.
We are able to output an ICD10 code of the Encounter Diagnosis, satisfying the IG requirement but still resulting in this validator error. 

Can you confirm if the ETT Validator will be updated to support either SNOMED-CT or ICD10 codes for this test case? 

We are also seeing a similar issue for the following cases: 

Scenario: 170.315_b1_toc_amb_svap_uscdiv3_sample2_v1.pdf
Patient Profile: Jeremy Bates
Error: The scenario contains Encounter Diagnosis data with code(s) Code : 699134002 , Translation: 102513008 , however there is no matching data in the submitted CCDA.

Scenario: 170.315_b1_toc_amb_svap_uscdiv3_sample3_v1.pdf
Patient Profile: Happy Kid
Error: The scenario contains Encounter Diagnosis data with code(s) Code : 386661006 , however there is no matching data in the submitted CCDA.
