OOps Eror on C-CDA validator for -170.315_b1_TOC_Amb

Hi Team,

Please advise.

We have upgraded C-CDA xml to USCDIv3 and validating it on SITE C-CDA Validator.

We are facing following issue; do we need to select only Validation Criteria Gold_Samples_For_Practice -

 #1.PFA xml for test patient Alice Newman which is throwing parsing error when Validation Criteria 170.315_b1_TOC_Amb  is selected.

 

 

 

#2.But when Validation Criteria Gold_Samples_For_Practice   is selected there is no error and test is Passed.

Hey Bharati. I think the issue is that you have some incorrectly coded Note sections. The Notes section (2.16.840.1.113883.10.20.22.2.65) requires at least one Note Entry (2.16.840.1.113883.10.20.22.4.202), but for your Consultation Note, H&P Note, Imaging Narrative Note, and Lab Report Note they are empty without a Note Entry, and I think the validator is failing when it gets there. When I commented those section out in the attachment, it goes through. You just can't include any Note component unless you also have a Note entry within it.

Hi Kyle's,

Thanks, issue is resolved now.

 Alice Newman does not have data for all Notes types. We are now handling it in logic by not generating the sections. Previuosly it was passing on tool.
