Our logs indicate the email is being sent to your server. You have to send back MDNs to pass the test

Sai, Actually logs are always indicating that email is being sent to server even when host and email address does not exist as shown in above image.
In our logs Email never received and in other case like Send Direct Message its working.
Please look into this matter.
