Hi Team,

While validating the CCDA for Patient: Myra Jones

(File: 170.315_b2_ciri__r11_sample1_v10)

I am getting the following warning when passing the reaction for CODEINE:

“The scenario contains Allergy Reaction for Codeine, however there is no matching Allergy Reaction (Entry Template Ids + Code) in the submitted CCDA.”  

Could you please look into this ?
