USCDI V3 b1 toc AMB sample1 v1 Validation Mismatch

I ran the USCDI V3 b1 toc AMB sample1 v1 CDA through C-CDA validator on ETT site and it returns success as shown in screen shot below.

When I used the same sample1 cda file for Direct Tooling testing for Sender XDR 2 Test,  the cda validation is showing 2 errors.

Why is there a difference in the CCDA validation between these two places for the same sample CDA? Which one should be considered as valid?
