B1->Send using Edge Protocol- SMTP Failing

Hello,

I am running into an issue with testing the B1 criteria for Paragraph (i) (A) Send using Edge Protocol- SMTP. We are getting the following error:

"ERROR: Cannot fetch email :No login methods supported!"

The same account works when trying to test  Paragraph (i) (B) Receive using Edge Protocol:

We looked at the SMTP logs and did not see any attempts to login using the service account provided when testing Paragraph(i)(A).

Can someone please assist me get more info or direct me on how to resolve this?

Hello, 

Its still failing for me, I waited for 3 mins even then its still shows the same

Now I am getting a different error: 

No messages found! Send a message and try again. Please make sure that the Vendor Email Address is entered and matches the email address from which the email is being sent. Wait for atleast 30 seconds after sending the email to ensure successful delivery to the ETT.

The Paragraph(i)(B) still works with the same account.
