XDR test 7 failing for out client

Hi Team,
we are testing XDR test 7 scenario for direct testing and we are getting only pending status:

below is the reference:

we provided dummy certificate but still getting same status as "Pending".

• The Direct test scenario you are running (Sender / Receiver) and test case number
• The issue you are encountering and the expected behavior
• Screenshots of the issue or error messages observed
