CCDA validation Issue

Hi,

I am working with ONC tool for validation of CCDA that is created by my system for the ONC e1 criteria test scnerio is:

e1 Sender Ambulatory for the test patinet scenerio 1.The error it shows is:

Result Description: The scenario requires the submitted document type to be a Continuity of Care Document, but the submitted C-CDA does not contain the relevant template Ids.

I am unable to understand why i am getting this error. My doc headers are mentrioned belwo can any one help me with this
