The service is back up and running, however, our endpoints are being hit at an incredible rate by 3rd party software (many times per second). You wouldn't happen to have an application automating this, would you?

No, not at all. One person is doing one at a time, probably 2 or 4 an hour at most.

Now we're getting a 503 Service Unavailable.

I am also getting a similar error at the moment. (And I am not automating my testing either, fyi.)

Thanks. I figuered I'd ask so we could figure out how to support you if that were the case. We were doing emergency maintenance the morning of Jan 12 to deal with the massive amount of requests so that is why it was down. The maintenance was finished by noon. The service is running so I am assuming you are not having issues now?
