Planned Procedure Error Question

We are trying to investigate what we are missing in our planned procedure documentation.  We are documenting the SDOH intervention for Assistance with application for food pantry program as directed in the Alice Newman sample for b1_toc_amb sample 1.  

Can anyone take a look at this snippet to guide us on what might be causing the error?  We see this showing in our Procedure Section.

Thank you so much for your assistance.  Your suggestions in the following helped my team clear our issues for Planned Procedure! I'm posting them here so others can learn from you as well.  Thanks again! 

 

From Mat Davis- I'd inadvertently hit reply and not reply all at some point in our thread. 

So here are my findings

NOTE: The info below is only designed for SITE based testing support - this is only to supply you guidance to meet the test tool validation
Assumed Error

Issue

• You're Plan of Treatment Section has a section nullFlavor

Solution

• Remove the nullFlavor from Plan of Treatment Section
• Add the SDOH Intervention to the Plan of Treatment
• I just populated the Plan of Treatment Section details based off this Template = https://www.hl7.org/ccdasearch/templates/2.16.840.1.113883.10.20.22.2.10.html
• Then I copy and pasted your existing Text XML node and Entry XML node to resolve the error

Other Errors

You do have other errors so just in case we aren't on the same page, here is a screenshot of where I tested
