ICD-10 Encounter Diagnosis - Jane Clarkson

The test data for Inpatient Sample 3 says the encounter diagnoses can be represented by SNOMED or ICD-10. However there is only ICD-10 test data. The CCDA validator throws an error on our document when including only a SNOMED code.

Does this patient specifically require a ICD-10 code? Or, can we ignore the error and show the test proctor that we have a valid SNOMED code.
