XDM Zip Upload Error and XML validation file errors

Go to C-CDA USCDI V3 Validator - https://site.healthit.gov/c-cda/uscdi-v3

Select Receiver 

Select criteria - 170.315_b1_ToC_Amb

Select either one of below in scenario file

XDM_FULL.zip
XDM_LIM.zip

Unzip these files and upload the XML one to check in the validator for errors.

It will show 5 errors each which must be positive files as informed during the testing.

And the XDM validator is still showing the error and we are unable to upload the zip to validate.

Thank you for flagging this. The team confirmed this behaviour and is working towards a resolution.

hank you for reporting the issue and providing the detailed reproduction steps.

We have fixed the validation errors reported for both the XDM_FULL.zip and XDM_LIM.zip scenario files.

The fix includes updates to the code system for the Health Status and Health Concern sections, the Template ID for Procedure Activity, and the Template ID for Encounter Diagnosis inside the Encounter section.

The XDM validator is still not able to parse the zip.

Go to C-CDA USCDI V3 Validator - https://site.healthit.gov/c-cda/uscdi-v3

1)Select Receiver.

2)Select validation criteria 170.315_b1_ToC_Amb

3)Select scenario file XDM_FULL.zip.

4)Download the scenario file.

Repeat steps 1 to 4 and download XDM_LIM.zip.

Now go to SITE Direct Tooling. Link : https://site.healthit.gov/direct

Go to XDM Validator.

Browse and upload the dowloaded XDM zip files either XDM_FULL.zip or XDM_LIM.zip.

It will throw this error as displayed in the image inserted below.
