Hi,

Template: 170.315_b1_toc_inp_svap_uscdiv3_sample1_v1.pdf

Domain: Care Team

Xpath: Care Team > entry > organizer > component

As per the template, we have two Hospital Staff and two Related Person entries for Care Team Members + [ Other Participants in event ].

And our CCDA has 4 participants and 4 components under care team section in CCDA (Two Hospital Staff + Two Related Person).

CCDA Validator tools throws error: Result Description: Consol Care Team Member Act SHALL contain exactly one [1..1] performer, where its type is Performer2 (CONF:4435-160)

XPath: /ClinicalDocument/component/structuredBody/component[26]/section/entry/organizer/component[3]/act

Tried below TWO Options for proceed further with CCDA Validation, but BLOCKED -

1) When manually added Performer section in the CCDA, then CCDA Validator throws NullPointerException.

2) When manually removed Participant + Component sections for Related Person in the CCDA, then CCDA Validator throws NullPointerException.

We are unable to bypass this issue and are BLOCKED WITH CCDA VALIDATION.

Please suggest what could be wrong with the template / ccda validator or any other ?

Thank you Nagesh, after the recent changes as per Aug Release the NullPointerException is NOT shown now and we are unblocked with next level CCDA Validation.
