CCDA Validator Site - Not validating XML - Continuously looping during Validation

Hello,

We are not able to validate any of the CCD on the NIST site - https://site.healthit.gov/c-cda/uscdi-v4

Validation keeps looping multiple times and never stops. And times restarts. Happening for Context free as well as Context Based.
We tested with multiple different CCD, and same issue with all.
It was working fine until yesterday afternoon when we last checked.

This issue is resolved. CCD's are getting validated now
