Certificate Password Error

Hi,

I downloaded the new keyAndCert.zip file from the site, but when I try to install the certificate using the password "changeit" I am receiving and error for invalid password. I am unable to install the new certificate.

Is there any update on this issue? I am currently unable to install the certificates. I keep getting an invalid password error.

Hello, the keystore.properties file located at

(toolkit location)/external_cache/environment/NA2015/keystore

Contains the password

I re-downloaded the certificate and used the password in that location, but I am still getting an error.

We were unable to reproduce this by downloading the cert from SITE and installing it with "changeit", are there any other steps you're doing to encounter this error?

I was able to install the certificate on several machines using the password. This issue is resolved. Thank you.
