The scenario requires the submitted document type to be a Care Plan Document, but the submitted C-CDA does not contain the relevant template Ids.

The validator is throwing an error for the 170.315_b9_CP_Amb_svap_uscdiv3_sample_v1.pdf scenario.  We do have the Care Plan templateId ...

but can figure out why the validator is not recognizing it.
