170.315(b)(2) Testing Java Script error

Hey team,
We’re doing testing for (b)(2) and are using the https://site.healthit.gov/c-cda/uscdi-v3 tool. We had followed the instructions through the 170.315_b2_ciri_r11_svap_uscdiv3_sample1_v1.pdf and created a C-CDA. We are getting a java.lang.NullPointerException error when attempting to validate our xml. We’re fairly confident this shouldn’t be happening since if we try to validate the test file given, the error screen shows properly and gives us a run down of what needs to be done.
I have attached our clinical summary and the sample.xml for reference. Also, we are validating against “Receiver”, for validation criteria of “170.315_b2_CIRI_Amb” under scenario file “170.315_b2_ciri_r11_svap_uscdiv3_sample1_v1.xml”
