Test Tool Passing v1 document when run through v3

I am working on getting our CCDA document changes outlined for dev. I found the USCDI conformance tools https://site.healthit.gov/c-cda but when I attempt to run my current CCDA through the v3 tool, the document still passes. We are definitely missing some of the new elements. Any ideas what I could be doing wrong?

Please specify which USCDI v3 validation criteria and scenario file you're testing against at the link below. For example, we tested your file against the scenario file 170.315_b1_toc_amb_svap_uscdiv3_sample1_v1.pdf which returned 47 content validation errors.
