We were able to install the certificate successfully. We would like to know the incoming requests from healthit.gov. We will need to add your external IP addresses to our inbound allow lists (Firewall rules). Can you please share the IP addresses that you will be using when we perform the workflow (Receive using the Edge Protocol XDR - XDR Test 3)

Hi Anusha, Arslan,

We have successfully configured the environment and are able to receive messages from the ETT tool (able to receive: XDR Test 3).

When we send the payload to the HTTPS endpoint (https://ett.healthit.gov:11084/xdstools/sim/edge-ttp__1/rep/xdrpr) from our system, the response status shows success in our system.

However, the status always shows as pending when I refresh the status in the ETT tool.

This is our certification blocker.

I have searched in this Google group, and the same issue has been reported. The ticket for the SITE/ETT team's internal reference is SITE-4577.

Can you please help us to resolve this issue.

Still we are facing the same issue. The Status is not changing from Pending State for XDR Test 1

Still, we are facing an issue with the status not changing from the Pending state for XDR Test 1. Any updates on this?

Apart from that, we are encountering another issue with XDR Test 7. Below are the details:

We have three public IPs configured in our environment. When sending payloads, one of the three IPs will be used, but we are not sure which IP will be selected. Is there an option to add all three IPs at once to test XDR Test 7?
Example: 10.218.8.756, 10.218.5.455, 10.218.4.234

Hi Bendalam,

I am unable to reproduce issue for any of the XDR tests. Sending a message to the endpoint allows the test to proceed through the pending status as intended. Can you please provide the Direct From Address you're using so I can test further?

Also testing multiple IPs for Test 7 is not a feature we support, though it may be possible to add in the future
