Health Concern Observation Code = 161901003 (Happy Kid)

Hello ,

We are facing this issue on ETT while testing our CCDAs.

161901003 – Chronic Sick (Finding)  is a valid code used from the value set 2.16.840.1.11.38.83.1.11.20.12 but still validator is displaying below error.

Please let us know how we can fix it? Our testing is scheduled on 4th June 2024.

Hi Kevin,

The team has investigated this issue. The code 161901003 is no longer included in the value set. It was replaced with 27624003 - Chronic disease (disorder). We updated the vocab validator with the latest version of the value set after it was published. Therefore, this error is valid and expected.

Hey Kim. When I run a CCDA through validator with this new  27624003   - Chronic disease (disorder) code it throws this error. I've tried other codes from the value set, and they seem to work, but I don't think this newer code is loaded.
