False Error? Happy Kid - Telecom Conformance

Started to see this on Friday for G9.

Error - 

Patient Telecom in the submitted file does not match the expected Telecom. The following values are expected: telecom/@use = null and telecom/@value = mailto:happ...@gmail.com

If you omit the “@use” attribute you will be able to overcome the error.

We will develop a fix to ignore the @use attribute when it is present.
