I am unable to log in to the ETT tool using my email address user.re...@qagtab.mirthmail.com. I am not receiving any “Forgot Password” emails for this account, even though all of my setup and configurations are associated with this email ID.
Could you please advise if there is a way to regain access using this email address? Alternatively, is it possible to remove all direct addresses associated with this email so I can set it up again?
