CDA validation error - Procedures - 170.315_b1_ToC_Amb

Hi,

We are getting the following error when validating our CDA against 170.315_b1_toc_amb_sample1_v12:

Error - 

The scenario contains Lab Result data with code 5804-0 , however there is no matching data in the submitted CCDA.

Line number: 0

I have attached a file that contains the Procedures component from our CDA document.  As far as we can tell, it is conforming to the specification.  Any guidance will be appreciated.

Looks like Your Lab Results section does not have the data corresponding to the following test data which is specified in the PDF file.

 

5804-0

LOINC

Protein[Mass/Volume] in urine by test strip

Value=100 units=mg/dL

6/22/2015

Negative

Sorry, I posted the wrong error (the lab test issue we had already figured out.)

This is the error that I meant to post, which correlates with the XML segment of the Procedures section that I attached to my first post:

Error - 

The scenario requires data related to patient's Procedures, but the submitted C-CDA does not contain Procedure data.

It is because you are using Procedure Activity Act (4.12) instead of Procedure Activity Procedure (4.14) in the entries.

We do have an open defect to allow 4.12 in the future.

Thank you.  Do you have any feeling for when that defect will be resolved in the ETT?  I would prefer to leave them as Acts if the testing tool is going to be changed to allow for it.

Hi Nagesh,

I didn't see this fix listed in your release notes for the patch you just released.  Can you tell me what the new planned release date is for this fix?

We had to push it to the next release. It is currently planned for 3/27.

Our releases are on the last Monday of every month for the C-CDA validator, unless it is an emergency or a blocking issue.
