HISP Trust Anchor and Recipient Certificate for SMTP MT Test

Dear ETT Support Team,

Please find attached the certificate materials for our Direct domain wt-test.net.

1. Trust Anchor (HISP Profile)
   File: wt-direct.hisp_trust_bundle.pem

This PEM bundle contains our Intermediate CA followed by our Root CA. Please upload it as the Trust Anchor in our HISP Profile so the ETT can validate the signatures on MDNs returned by our system.

2. Recipient Public Certificate
   File: direct.wt-test.net.public.crt

This is the public leaf certificate for dir...@wt-test.net. Please upload it as the Recipient Certificate (Public Key) for the applicable SMTP MT test so the ETT can encrypt the message sent to our system.

Please let us know once these files have been uploaded so we can proceed with test execution.

Thank you for your assistance. We are now able to successfully receive the test messages on our server.

After receiving the message, our system generates and sends the MDN response. However, when we click “Check MDN” in the test interface, it reports that no message was found.

From our server logs, we can see that the MDN was sent and accepted by your mail server. For example:

Since the message was accepted by your SMTP server, could you please confirm whether there might be an issue on the test harness side, or if there is anything else required from our side for the MDN to be properly detected?

It looks like you are only sending Processed MDNs. You should send both Processed and Dispatched MDN to pass SMTP MT 39
