Hi ETT Support Team,
We are currently testing our system for ONC Certification using the USCDI v3 paths on SITE. We are encountering an issue with our SMTP Send-side testing where we cannot get useful log feedback.
The Issue: When running SMTP Send Tests 8, 14, and 18, the console immediately returns the following error: "ERROR: No messages found! Send a message and try again."
Our Setup & Scope:
Target: USCDI v3 Conformance (Sender functionality)
Scope Note: Criteria b8 and g9 are explicitly out of scope for our project.
Status: We have configured our sender profiles in our Dev environment based on the SITE scenarios, but we suspect our outbound messages are not successfully reaching the ETT gateway.
Could someone on the support team verify on the backend if traffic from our vendor email domain/IP is reaching the ETT? Alternatively, could you provide guidance on verifying our SMTP profile registration to ensure our domain is properly whitelisted or recognized by the tool?
