API for SNOMEDCT US

Does the SNOMED API reference or include any data from SNOMEDCT US?  In other words, is the SNOMED API appropriate to the US Certified Health IT program?

Is there a SNOMED API? | SNOMED International Documents

This references SNOMED International but unless the actual API references SNOMEDCT US, we cannot utilize it.
