Related Person Error

Hi Team,

We are getting error related to related person, even the related person details are on CCDA NIST validator is throwing error.

Please check and let us know.

I am getting same error, and attached xml Link to xml file
I'm referring to these two errors I get with V3 validator

Result Description: The scenario contains RelatedPerson data with Relationship:, lastName: , firstName: GRPRN, Rick, Holler , however there is no matching data in the submitted CCDA.

Result Description: The scenario requires Related Person TemplateId Comparison template ids, but submitted file does not containt Related Person TemplateId Comparison template ids

We are also still seeing this error, would appreciate an update.  If I remove the displayName, the error is gone, which does not seeem right.

Change the spelling to Mathew instead of Matthew and it will validate
