USCIv3 HT-1 test scenario 2 (Jeremy Bates) - Grandparent related person showing as error

Hello. The SITE validator is showing an error for the Grandparent related person, but not the spouse. I'm using the Jeremy Bates test patient for scenario 2. We need to know if this is a validator issue or not. Everything appears ok. Ignore the 1st and 3rd errors. Please refer to the attached C-CDA and screen captures.

Validator is fine. You just misspelled "Mathew" at least according to the test data sheet.
