Valid CCDA XML Scenario files showing errors in ETT Validator.

Here are the steps to generate problem

Go to C-CDA USCDI V3 Validator - https://site.healthit.gov/c-cda/uscdi-v3

Select Receiver 

Select criteria - 170.315_b1_ToC_Amb

Select either one of below in scenario file

170.315_b1_toc_amb_rn_r21_svap_uscdiv3_sample1_v1.xml
170.315_b1_toc_amb_ccd_r21_svap_uscdiv3_sample1_v1.xml

Download selected scenario file.

Now upload same file downloaded and click on VALIDATE

Both of these files are supposed to be positive and error free files but both of them gives error in ETT tool validator.

We are in middle of ONC Certification testing and testing lab identifies this as error in SUT when SUT gives same error as ETT tool and thus failing our testing.

Please help in resolving this error or provide explanation on why errors are expected and should not be a blocker in certification testing.

Thank you for reporting the issue and providing the detailed reproduction steps.

We investigated the problem with the following sample files:

• 170.315_b1_toc_amb_rn_r21_svap_uscdiv3_sample1_v1.xml
• 170.315_b1_toc_amb_ccd_r21_svap_uscdiv3_sample1_v1.xml

We were able to reproduce the validation behavior in the ETT validator. After analysis, we identified the cause of the issue and have implemented a fix on our side.
