USCDI v3 Fill Status – Dispense Data Handling

Hi Team,

As part of the USCDI v3 implementation review, we noticed that the C-CDA test data includes Dispense Data elements such as Fill Status = Completed, Repeat Number = 2, and Quantity = 6.

However, our integrated third-party vendor ScriptSure does not currently maintain or provide these data elements. We would like to understand how this is expected to be handled from a development and compliance perspective when the source system does not supply this information.

Could you please advise on the recommended approach in this scenario?
